Infrared, Conventional and Gas Ovens Monitor and Control
These Micro-Epsilon IR temperature sensors are most durable, robust and reliable with an extreme long life expectancy. They operate in 250°C environment without cooling and are used in a variety of applications within any industry from R&D to production and process monitoring. We currently use these sensors insside gas curing ovens and in infrared bonding applications.
This Windows CE 6.0 controller is used to capture large amounts of data for storage in Microsoft Excel format and perform PID loop control. Data can also be stored in a database at the HMI/SCADA system level. Users can easily store or connect to any SQL database, and new configuration interfaces for FTP and SNMP allow you to quickly configure multimedia alarms and reports that can be sent to e-mail, smartphones, or a printer.Details:
